Bishop Prof Jemima Ankamah-Lomotey BSc (Admin HRM), MBA (HRM), DBA, PDSc (Psy) PhD , FCPIA 2nd Vice President

 

Rev. Prof. Mrs. Jemima N. A. Ankamah Lomotey, BSc (Admin-HRM), MBA (HRM), DBA, PDSc (Psy), PhD (MSOL), is currently a Professor of Business Administration (Human Resource  Management) at the Grace International Bible University / Rudolph Kwanue University,  Maryland, USA. She is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Management of Dr. Ruth Business College. In addition to her academic qualifications, she holds various professional certifications in Management, Consultancy, Mediation, Arbitration, Family Therapy, Counselling and Psychology. She is a Chartered Professional Administrator and a  Chartered and Licensed Management Consultant. She is also a Chartered and Licensed International Professional Manager. She was awarded Honorary Doctor of Ministry and Doctor of Christian Counselling for her experiential knowledge and impact in those areas of Ministry. For the past 17 years, she has taught more than eight different courses at the Pentecost University and the Wisconsin International University at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the Faculty of Business Administration; and has supervised the research works of a number of students at both levels. At the Centre for Training and Professional Development, Accra, she facilitated several courses in the Faculty of Management Development prior to becoming the Head of the Faculty of Information, Communication and Technology. She has rich industry experience spanning a period of over 25 years at both Middle and Senior Management levels with headship of some Units and Offices as a Human Resource practitioner.

Rev. Prof. Mrs. Ankamah-Lomotey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and  Management Consultants (CIAMC) and also the Chartered Institute of Leadership and  Governance (CILG). Her service on Board of Directors include CIAMC (10 years) and currently, the International Council for Gospel Churches, (ICGC), Minnesota, USA. She is also an Executive Council Member of the Christian Professors International Association (CPIA) where she is the Deputy International Director and the National Director, Gender and Children’s  Affairs. Her membership of Professional Bodies in the USA include the Society for Human  Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Counselling Association (AMA) and in  Ghana, the Ghana National Association of Certificated Counsellors (GNACC). She further serves on the Research and Development Committees for the Church of Pentecost  International and the Ghana National Association of Certificated Counsellors. As a believer in excellence, she started her academic journey with a humble CGPA of 3.42 at the Bachelor’s level and worked her way up to making CGPA of 3.99 at the Post-Doctorate level. With a CGPA of 3.90 at the School of Doctoral Studies, she received an International Honours Award by Delta Mu Delta (ΔΜΔ), an International Academic Honora Society in Business, USA that recognises academic excellence at all degree levels in business  administration programmes and was therefore inducted into the Lambda Sigma Chapter of the University of Phoenix, Arizona in June 2012 in Miami, Florida. All her research works earned her straight ‘A’s at all the levels of education and adjudged the best. She is very resourceful and has several publications in the area of Business Management to her credit.
