Bishop Dr. Fred Oppong Ntow is a native of Worawora (from the Oyoko Royal clan) in the Oti Region of Ghana.

He is the General Overseer of the Radiant Church International

The President of the International Steward Clergy Council (ISCC).

The Radiant Bible College and its Affiliated to the Japan Bible Institute.

He is a product of University of Ghana and Japan Bible Institute

He holds

• Bachelor of Religious studies
• Masters in Ministry
• Doctor in Theology
• He has been in active service in GES for 30 years.
• He is currently an Assistant Director 1 of Education
• Teaches Christian Religious Studies(CRS) in Ngleshie Amanfrom Senior High School

He a Chaplain under the Ghana Education Service.
