Christian Professors International Association (CPIA) is a registered Non-Governmental Christian Organization with its headquarters in Accra, Ghana.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Uphold apologetically, the unique “Pre-creation Cosmological Redemptive Motif of God in Christ”..
- To develop academic fraternity among Christian University Professors and Researchers to further their interest
- To conduct training, apologetic and polemic debates, public lectures, convention, seminars, etc., to help academic Professors, Ministers and Christian leaders, groom upcoming professors and students in academia to upgrade their knowledge in their chosen field of academic disciplines
- To help defend and uphold sound Christian doctrines, beliefs and practices.
- To assist theological and other Institutions to develop academic curricula.
- To promote spirituality among Christian intelligentsia
- To embark on programs and projects to improve the standard of living of humanity in general
- To promote Peace, Human Rights and Security
9..To evaluate academic and social problems, questions and policies referred by government, Christian Institutions, the Church and any recognized university authorities, and make the necessary recommendations.

Our mission is to conduct researches, defend many Christian doctrines in the academic settings and the Church, provide assistance to discover, examine critically, preserve and transmit the knowledge, wisdom and values that will help ensure the survival of future generation and improve quality of life for all.

OUR STRATEGY STATEMENT
To convene Leaders, facilitating relationships that will build together toward God’s government, unity and peace in our spheres and in our generation through the following manner;
i. To provide a forum for peer review and promote interchange of ideas, contact and cooperation among Christian leadership, University Professors, universities and other institutions of higher education across the globe.
ii. We aim to promote cooperation among Christian institutions in curriculum development, research and quality assurance.
iii. Provide information on topical issues and moral support for members
iv. Lead dialogue and policy debates around key issues in higher education and promote the role of Christian Universities and the Church in sustainable development.
MEMBERSHIP AND ASSOCIATED BENEFITS
- The Association is open to men and women, without discrimination against any race, ethnic background, or members of denominations or independent groups, provided they meet the qualification below.
- Full Membership: must profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and be regenerated by the Holy Spirit with unblemished moral standing
- Minimum entry qualification shall be Professors, Researchers, Academicians with proven expertise in all fields of academic disciplines, with: relevant Doctoral degrees from recognized accredited tertiary institutions
- Associate Membership is also open to holders of M.Th. MPhil, M.Min. M.Div. etc., and holders of any other degrees from all fields of educational discipline, in order to help and encourage them to study for their PhD, who would thereafter be upgraded to full membership of CPIA
- . Application for Membership is open to all who meet the above qualifications.
