CPIA DEPARTMENTS DIRECTORATES

In pursuance and realization  of its core objectives, CPIA has stablished  the following department directorates:

  • To provide a structure that shall increase the ability of a team of individuals in planning, problem solving,  promote accountability and decision-making
  • To increase efficiency and productivity.
  • To improve communication and coordination within the Association.
  • To facilitate the delegation of authority and the assignment of roles and responsibilities.

 In order to be effective in this directive, it is critical that the following departments be created, that shall remain focused on fulfilling a specific value proposition.

Department Directorates Designation: The initial department directorates’ designation, subject to review, as may be necessary by the Founder and President in consultation with the Executive Council members consist of:

  REGIONAL COORDINATING DIRECTORATES

CPIA  establishes a Seven Member  Regional Coordinating  Directorates of the Association  in any administrative regions in Ghana and in other countries when and where necessary for the efficient administration and management of the Association. Such regional directorate comprises:
