Bernard Kisiton Larbi is Fellow of Africa Institute of Strategic Managers, a Member of Institute of Directors– Ghana,  a Member of Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioner, A member of International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional-USA/KENYA, a product of University of Professional Studies, Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Central University, GIMPA and Graduate School of Governance (Almond Institute), MSC in Financial Administration in Computing,  Accra Business School and holds MBA in Accounting and Finance from UCAM- Universidad Catolica DE Murcia-Exeed School of Business and Finance –SPAIN- affiliated to JILCE university college seminary- Tema, A.C.C.A (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) final part. He recently completed his Post Graduate certificate/Diploma in Law from Central University law faculty. He also holds CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) from GIMPA and ISACA-UK, CFIA (Graduate Certificate in Forensic and Investigating Accounting & Auditing) from University of Professional Studies. He is also a fellow member of Institute of Internal Auditors (Ghana/UK) and a member of International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (Nairobi-Kenya), Chartered Certified Accountancy Student Society in Ghana.  Bernard has completed his post Chartered Diploma in Public Financial Management and Post Chartered certification in Forensic Audit-Certified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Final Part 3 and 4 of the Institute of Chartered Bankers-Ghana, A certified forensic science Auditor/Accountant from the International Institute of certified forensic professionals, USA/KENYA. He also holds Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Trans-Africa University College. Bernard has also build his capacity by acquiring Executive Mastery Cert.in Financial Analysis and Business Administration from AFCAB-Affiliated to IPED-UK and Professional Development Certification in Operations Management from IOCB-LONDON-(International Organization for Capacity Building) and Executive MMBA in Management from Accra Business School and Post-Graduate Diploma in Governance and Leadership from ILSMA- Africa.

Bernard also has a contemporary leadership certificates and four final qualifying certificates in Corporate Governance from the prestigious Board Room Institute-UK- Ghana-Accra Business School in (STRATEGY, DIRECTORSHIP, LEADERSHIP, and FINANCE) and Fellow membership of the Board Room Institute – UK/Ghana.

Bernard has over almost two decades in auditing, accounting, operations, leadership in Rural and Community  Banks from school days at UPSA which started 2004 with then prestige business consult in Accra- Madina, Savings and Loans, Investment Banks and Universal Banks and has worked with EMMAC (Emmanuel Clarke consulting and associates)- Audit firm in Nungua and various organization as a Group Manager – Audit and Accountant with  Current Fiaseman Rural Bank PLC, Nafana Rural Bank, Kwahu .P. Rural Bank Ltd, Kwaebibirem Rural Bank Ltd, Medi Ghana Investment bank, Edlorm HFC Housing Ltd and Director of Finance at Jilce International University Seminary (Part-Time)-TEM. Bernard worked with EMMAC Audit firm for five years where he audited various Banks and micro finance institutions until he left them to join main stream banking.

He also has a certificate from Ghana Stock Exchange (Fully Completed) as a stock broker, Post-graduate Certificate in Leading and Managing Organizations from the prestigious Accra Business School – Agile Business School and NIIT as well as Contemporary Certificate in Entrepreneurship and leadership from Right to lead and GSGL and Start up CEO’s certificate from University of Wolver Hampton from UK and has also worked for five years’ experience in multinational companies and audited small and medium enterprise in his personal capacity. Bernard has also further his education through executive courses by acquiring Mini-MBA in Management and International Business from Accra Business School- Spintex Road. Bernard as a legal brainy also has completed the certification as certified Arbitrator and Mediator at the Judicial Training Institute-Accra in Collaboration with National Labour Commission. Bernard has three (3) professional certificates from the Institute of Leadership and Strategic Management Africa – Tema/Accra which encompasses – Financial Strategies and Controls, Marketing with customer service management, paralegal studies and forensic Investigation.

Bernard has legally completed – Professional EXECUTIVE MASTERS IN GENERAL PARA-LEGAL STUDIES (LAW) from the IPLS- Institute of Para-legal Studies-Accra.
